Our customer service team is available from 8am to 6pm to assist you with any inquiries or issues you may have. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response during peak periods.

How long does it take for me to receive my product?

At Smart Creations, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Our standard shipping option is The Courier Guy Door-to-Door delivery, but we also offer The Courier Guy Pudo Lockers.


Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We strive to process all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.


Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

What is your return policy?

Smart Creations wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your standard order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. No custom designed product can be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. The return shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at smart.creations.2023@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any other necessary information. Our team will provide you with a return address and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
